The funding decision for our joint project ZEFFAC (Zero Emission Flying Fuel Cell Air Charger) or “Fuel cell air-supply for emission-free aviation” has been delivered. Together with our partners, the Institute for Jet Propulsion and Turbomachinery (IST) – RWTH AachenCME Control Motion Electronics GmbH and Access e.V. will we, G+L innotec, develop an e-turbo for the fuel cell based on our Media Gap Motor technology.

The project is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection  as part of LUFO VI-3, supported and overseen by the DLR Project Management Agency.

We are looking forward to the collaboration and the challenges over the next three years (2025-2028).
